we had issues with our caravan brakes and they could not have been more helpful. Trea spent a couple of hours trying to sort the problem including facetiming ALKO brake experts and contacting the caravan builder for assistance, I could not be happier with this help, which did resolve the problem. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful….would highly recommend this team for any of your trailer needs, you can tell they are passionate about both their product and their customers.

“Absolutely amasing trailer”
Buying the trailer from Melbourne I was buying from what I could see in photos. Mike made the whole experience a dream no matter how emails or phone calls I made to ask silly questions he went above and beyond to take photos to help answer for me. The quality of the trailer is second to none. Photos did it no justice. Seeing the trailer in person when I picked it up I was shocked at all the little details things I’d never seen on a trailer. These aren’t mass produced. They’re designed and built by a bunch of blokes who know and love their trailers and build them as if they were their own. Thanks Rivercity Trailers.

Rivercity Trailers recently rebuilt my 12×6 galvanised tipper trailer, which had been written off due to a bent chassis. Long story short, they built a completely new chassis with axles, brakes, and everything else. The end result is a trailer that is stronger and better than it ever was before. From my first phone call, the knowledgeable team at Rivercity made the whole process very simple, right through to picking up my trailer. On top of that, the price was much lower than quotes I received elsewhere and very fair for the work done. I cannot recommend this growing company enough—it’s easy to see why they’re expanding so successfully.
